AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, KATHERIN B. SARTE, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Bulahan

Drive, San Jose, Zamboanga City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law
hereby depose and say that:

1. I purchased a certain parcel of lot registered under the names of ANNA MARIE
T. RODRIGUEZ and ABIGAIL T. RODRIUEZ, covered by TCT No. T-164,972,
situated in Mercedes, Zamboanga City;

2. The payment for the purchase of the said lot amounting to TWO HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250,000.00) shall be obtained through a loan from
Pag-ibig which was granted under my name last April 30, 2009;

3. The release of the proceeds of the said loan shall be made only upon the transfer
of the Title under my name from the sellers ANNA MARIE and ABIGAIL;

4. I hereby undertake to pay the amount of P250,000.00 to said sellers upon the
release of the proceeds of the loan and by virtue of which, the said sellers shall
release to me the original copy of the title to the said lot for purposes of
processing the transfer of the title to the same under my name;

5. I execute this Affidavit of Undertaking voluntarily, willingly and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
