implementing it as discussed in this module. There are some
questions in this document which will assess your status of
implementation of Swachhta Abhiyan in your offices. This
Self-Assessment Questionnaire is to be answered very honestly
to determine the level of the awareness, which you have
gathered and implemented in your office. Along with the
answers given in this format, ensure your participation in this
campaign by uploading appropriate photographs as evidence of
the cleanliness related work done by you in your offices in the
assignment option of this course.
