03: Tech Skills

Because programming is not my strongest suit,
I helped more with the engineering/building
aspect of the robot. I assist Shintarou and
Cosmos with the tiny parts and whatever I
could help them with. I also assisted Miela
with coding, though I could have done more
upon further reflection. There is not many
photos with me in them, because I was usually
the one taking them.

04: Tests We Ran We conducted a performance test, rotation test,

extension test, and running test. Those tests allowed
us to check the design specification requirements,
such as its function and safe design features by
observing how the robot does not cause any physical
harm. As for the accessible materials and
appropriate size specifications, we had already
checked them during the process of making the
robot. I mostly collected those data through Trials
and Observation, and Field/Performance Test.

05: Success/Improve 06: Impact of Robotics

Success: Pros:
. Ball manipulation by our spinning extension. .Reduce potential risks for humans (radioactivity,
physical harm, etc)
. Our wheels being capable of running sideways.
.Solve difficult tasks.
. Our extension's force.
.Explore unknown, dangerous locations.

Improvement: Cons:
. Tighten all the screws.
. Reattach the extension/reprogram to make it .Reduced workload for humans.
less aggressive in its movements. .Potential threat in robots.
. Make better weight adjustments next time. .Unknown possibility in artificial intelligence.

I think I would give myself the same grade on
both criterias C&D. For sections Plan and The biggest obstacle we as a team faced was our
Technical Skill, I will give myself a 5 because I extension piece. After we realized our limited time and
feel like I could have done a better job, the complexity of the initial design, we had to discuss
