    QGIS tool: Fill all gaps between selected polygons with new features

    1) Toggle editing the bgy layer.

    1) Select the areas (polygons) that surrounded the target area.

    2) In the Tool bars, Click "Fill all gaps between selected polygons with new features"

    3) In the prompt Feature attribute box, supply the necessary entries.

    4) Click OK when done.

    Note: Applicable also to EA layer.
