One of the problems that we have encountered with virtual learning is

that our eyes are being affected. Even though virtual learning can be better
than physical learning in some ways, your eyes will be exposed to more screen
time. This can cause you to have blurry vision, headaches and dry eyes. If you
strain your eyes too much, you will have to get glasses so you can be able to
see properly.

Another problem we face with virtual learning is that you can easily get
distracted. Distractions are a major issue online, it can be as simple as texting
someone, watching videos or playing games during class time. There are ways
to avoid distractions such as hiding away your phone and having your parents
monitor you. Above all these methods, discipline is required to put this to full
effect.

One problem that is associated with an addiction to a phone/computer

is social anxiety. Online, people are comfortable messaging others or being on
a call with someone. But when they are talking to someone physically, they are
scared and anxious. This is caused by a lack of social interaction with others
physically.

As my alarm went off at 6 o’ clock, I jumped out of bed
ecstatically. Today was going to be my first day of high school I thought to
myself. I then took a shower and changed into my uniform, a white shirt with
black pants. I then dashed downstairs to greet my parents where my mom
gave me my breakfast, bread and scrambled egg. After I finish ate, my dad said
he will drop me off to school since it was my first day. We both headed to his
red Toyota and proceeded our way to the school.
