To decide on Sintered Stone and to be able to see on the actual material.

For Approval and Materials Sampling at BGC this October.

To decide on WPC and other interior finishes.

Swatches, and samples to be endorse at Manila meeting.

Ok for Wood Tiles at Hallways and Guestrooms.

To decide on Bamboo Floor or Similar wood flooring products at 2 Master Bedrooms.

Provide reading lights near bedside.

To submit options for headboard/wall backing either floral, natural or anything for more options.

King beds at Master Bedrooms.

Ok for Queen bed at Guestroom.

Ok for Concealed Shower at Master bathrooms.

To request final design of Main Door.

Ok for Aluminum Windows & Sliding Door Jambs.

Awning Windows for passive cooling.

Submit different shade of exterior stone accent for more options to choose from.
