    FROM : BGSA, ADMIN

    SUBJECT : SPECIAL MEETING TO SHEDLIGHT COMPLAIN

    DATE : 02 AUGUST 2020

    1. You are hereby directed to attend the Special Meeting to be held this 4 th day of August 2020 at
    BGSA office. This is to shed light complains coming from that station/post.
    2. Attendance is a MUST except for the day shift guard, failure to attend the meeting drastic action
    will automatically be imposed by this office.
    3. Duration of the meeting 30 to 45 minutes, to start at 9:30 a.m., see to it you will be on time and
    in proper uniform before entering the office.
