    TRIPPING GUIDELINES UNDER GCQ

    1. Tripping is limited to a maximum of one (1) hour only.


    2. All entries into the subdivision shall undergo mandatory disinfection. This includes vehicle wheels
    disinfecting spray and body misting.
    3. Thermal scanning of all entries is a must. Persons with temperatures exceeding 37.5 degree centigrade
    will not be permitted inside.
    4. Wearing of face masks is mandatory.
    5. Physical distancing should always be observed.
    6. No loitering within the premises. Only viewing of said unit/s and model units are allowed. You may
    drive around to view the area in the condition you remain inside the vehicle.
