I. Every day internal meeting to be conducted for daily Fabrication work RAI /
orders and Daily target to be fixed and reviewed.

II. Fabrication order form should be maintained properly for all Fabrication RAI /
works.

I. Portable Toilets first 3 Nos should be Transported to Site by Thursday

(02/02/2023).

II. Proper coordination should be done and care should be taken while

transporting the Portable toilet to site to avoid paint damage.

III. Transportation should be arranged with proper Escort permit and should
be coordinated in prior with ADMIN. RAI

I. W17 Diesel tank Stairs to be Transported by Thursday (02/02/2023).
