1. 10.10.2018 Claimant’s email: Pg 122, Annexure C- Claimant’s email We would like to inform you that 53, CD-1 starting from this Oct’18 there is heavy traffic inside the ICP territory starting from morning till night 9pm, due to that we couldn’t do any movement of our vehicle inside the ICP territory, even though we try to stop parking the path we use for RCC and earth work but the drivers quarrel with us and threatened our staff. Moreover we couldn’t move ahead with muktapur divert road without western part of road side drain settlement. 2. 11.10.2018 Respondent’s email: Pg 331, Annexure R- The respondent stated that the 158, Vol RD-2 existing muktapur road passing ICP area is the property of state PWD. So, it won’t be possible to prohibit trucks from parking on the road. The respondent also suggest herein to do the work when there is no parking at the site i.e. in the early morning & at night. 3. 06.11.2018 It was recorded in the meeting that Pg 350, Annexure R- Minutes of PMC would ensure that manned 163, Vol RD-2 meeting held on barrier on both entry/ exit points are 02.11.2018 placed immediately. The truck movement through the ICP to be coordinated with local administration so that all empty trucks are allowed to move, however not to allow park inside. Mr. Solanki, DGM RITES to inform all concern local officials as well as BSF so that coordinate move to trucks are planned and work is not hampered. 4. 07.11.2018 It was recorded that the Respondent Pg 130, Annexure C- Respondent’s in its letter to SDO Amlarem itself 55, Vol CD-1 letter accepts the fact that ‘progress is getting affected on daily basis due to unauthorised truck parking within ICP site.’ Moreover it is to inform you that while regulating the movement and parking of trucks inside the construction site, truck drivers/owners may create disturbance and law and order situation may be disturbed. In such situation kindly arrange to control and manage the situation with police to help us to avoid the disturbance due to truck parking inside the construction site. 5.
