ARTICLE 1 – CONTRACTOR GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

1.1 The drawings, data, information and maps referenced in this Section VII – Drawings shall form
part of the CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR shall provide the drawings, data, information and maps
as and when required by COMPANY. Any modified or updated version of a drawing shall be
presented to COMPANY or CONTRACTOR, as the case may be, for their approval and
incorporated in the CONTRACT when approved and signed by both parties.

ARTICLE 2 – CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED BEFORE CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT DATE

DRILLING UNIT
2.1 LAYOUT GENERAL
2.1.1 DRILLING UNIT general arrangement and layout drawings to scale, showing major items of
equipment (including diverter lines), overall dimensions for each main deck. CONTRACTOR is to
identify locations for COMPANY ITEMS and materials and equipment of OTHER
CONTRACTORs.
2.2 LOAD CASES
2.2.1 DRILLING UNIT deck load case calculations.
2.3 LAYOUT SAFETY
2.3.1 DRILLING UNIT layout to scale showing line out of major items of equipment together with
hazardous areas, safety equipment locations (fire equipment, medical equipment, breathing sets,
etc.) muster points and exits. This drawing to be prominently displayed on the DRILLING UNIT
and shall also show details of connections, moorings between supply vessels and the DRILLING
UNIT. Standby boat routing and boarding details shall also be shown.

ACCOMMODATION
2.4 LAYOUT
2.4.1 Accommodation layout to scale showing major components and overall dimensions.
2.5 ACCOMMODATION FOR COMPANY PERSONNEL
2.5.1 Accommodation to be provided for COMPANY and OTHER CONTRACTOR personnel in
accordance with Section IV – Scope of Work in sufficient detail to show layout, size and contents,
including details of facilities such as telephone, air conditioning, heaters, toilets and washroom,
etc.
2.6 MUD SYSTEM
2.6.1 Mud system flow diagram showing the direction of flow and all equipment associated with mud
mixing, storage and treatment and their capacities / outputs.
2.7 BOP STACK AND GAS HANDLING SYSTEMS
(a) BOP stack drawing(s) showing frame, valve outlet locations, mud boost line inlet, etc;
(b) detailed drawing(s) (preferably 3D) showing surface diverter system. Control schematic
should be included with the drawing;
(c) drawings of choke manifold, gas separator and riser gas separator;
(d) BOP Stack up for each BOP configuration showing heights of each component; and
(e) wellhead drawings showing heights of each component.

2.8 LAYOUT GENERAL

2.8.1 Layout drawing, fully dimensioned, highlighting different types of storage and security precautions
of CONTRACTOR LOCAL BASE. Office accommodation and materials handling equipment
should also be shown.
2.9 ROUTES
2.9.1 Maps showing routes and locations (including airports, ports, buildings) for the following
requirements:
(a) load out/offloading, mobilisation/demobilisation to/from WELL location;
(b) strategic contingency; and
(c) personnel transportation (all).

ARTICLE 3 – CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED AFTER DRILLING / SUSPENSION

3.1 DRILLED WELL
3.1.1 After a WELL has been drilled, CONTRACTOR shall provide a completion diagram indicating the
mechanical status of the WELL in question. Exact requirements will be discussed with
COMPANY.
3.2 SUSPENDED WELL
3.2.1 After a WELL has been suspended, CONTRACTOR shall provide a suspension diagram
indicating the mechanical status of the WELL in question. Exact requirements will be discussed
with COMPANY. In these cases clear identification and actual dimensions are of great
importance.

ARTICLE 4 – COMPANY SUPPLIED

4.1 MAPS
4.1.1 Maps showing the locations of the WELLS.
4.2 DRILLING SITE
4.2.1 Well locations showing ground elevation and the areas in which the DRILLING UNIT may be
located.
4.2.2 Land sketch showing major obstructions (if any) and locations/routings for production equipment.
4.3 WELL SUSPENSION
4.3.1 Minimum requirement to be provided in the Well Proposals by COMPANY.
