What is the importance of having an active lifestyle?

Having an active lifestyle is very important because it helps us build our confidence, makes us
healthy, improves our mood, reduce the risk of disease, and helps us to make our mental health
stable. Eating healthy food, doing exercise, being active on physical activities is a part of an
active lifestyle. We should always consider our mental health when it comes to a healthy and
active lifestyle. Yoga will help us calm our minds and think. By that, we will release stress and
make our minds at peace.

Avoid negative activities, such as being lazy, laying in our bed for a long time, always on our
phone, and eating unhealthy food. Always think positive. It will help our mental health and we
will be full of ideas if we are stress free. Physical activities like running and walking will help us
strengthen our bones and muscle. It is important to have an active and healthy life style for us to
function well. If we are not active enough, we are not going to do anything good, except blaming
ourselves from the outcome of our actions. Always remember, healthy mind is equal to better
decisions, healthy body is positive actions.
