3. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS: 技术文件

The following technical documents in English and Chinese shall be provided to the Buyer, two sets of
complete technical documents should be packed and dispatched together with each consignment to the Buyer,
one set of complete product specification should be carried by erectors to the Buyer. One set of foundation
drawing should be sent to Buyer by email for erection preparation.

下列用中英文书写的技术文件须提供给买方，2 份全套技术资料包装妥当随同货物发运，1 份全套产
品说明书由安装人员带给买方, 1 套地脚图电子邮件发给买方以便准备安装工作。

4. GUARANTEE OF QUALITY 品质保证：

The Sellers guarantee that the commodity hereof is brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with
the quality and specifications stipulated in this Contract. The guarantee period shall be 12 months counting
from the date on which the erection and commissioning work have been finished and acceptance protocol
has been signed by both parties, but no later than 18 months after the date of Bill of Lading. During the
guarantee period, any quality objection, the buyer should inform to seller clearly in.
卖方保证货物全新未用过及品质规格完全符合合同规定。 品质保证期限为双方签收安装调试合格证
书后 12 个月,但不超过提单日后的 18 个月。

5. QUALITY AND PACKING STANDARD 质量和包装标准：

To be packed in containers suitable for long distance ocean transportation and well protected against
dampness, moisture, shock, and rust 。Quality standard according to Chinese national standard
