    I, Adrian Lloyd B Yuson, acknowledge that I am financially liable for the payment of a Female
    PERSIAN cat (2 Months old), for adoption. I agree to pay the sum of Five Thousand Five
    Hundred pesos (P5500.00) within the time frame specified below.
