2. Identify the best procedure to address the given local challenge.
3. Explain the way this measure will potentially solve the identified local

Description of the Performance Task

The local election has just recently concluded, and a new set of local officials are given a fresh
mandate to serve the city. You believe that this is the best opportunity to gain the attention of
these local officials to your advocacy. As a community development advocacy group, your team
will present a proposed development plan during the first session of the new city council. The
said plan should be based on an important politico-socio-cultural national issue, considered the
situation of the local community, stressed the importance of change in the cultural, social, and
political aspects of the city and encourage the active engagement of youth-citizens to make the
plan sustainable.

Instructions:
Your output will be graded based on the criteria and their indicators as reflected in each rubric. Use
the numerical scale to compute the final grade considering the weight given to each criterion. To
ensure the evaluation’s objectivity, the indicators achieved will be checked during the presentation.
