AFFIDAVIT OF PERPETUAL ROAD RIGHT OF WAY

WE, ESTRELITA R. TAMBOA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a

resident of Brgy Bacsay Cataraoan Sur, Claveria, Cagayan ESTER PONCE RAPANUT,
of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy Centro 6, Claveria,
Cagayan and SUSITA PONCE LAGAT, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Brgy Centro 6, Claveria, after being duly sworn to law, hereby depose and
say:

1. That are the co-owners of a portion of land designated as Lot 637-B-2,

containing an area of Four Hundred Fifty Two (452) square meters, more or
less, located at Brgy Centro 6, Claveria, Cagayan, and still duly covered
under OCT No. O-1457 (s);

2. That a portion of 1.50 meters wide is allotted as perpetual road right of way
as indicated on the subdivision plan prepared by the Geodetic Engineer to
serve as ingress and egress of the adjacent property designated as Lot 637-
B-1 of the same subdivision plan owned by Nelson Gaspar.

3. That We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity
of all the foregoing statements and for all legal intents and purposes.
