2. That a portion of 1.50 meters wide is allotted as perpetual road right of way
as indicated on the subdivision plan prepared by the Geodetic Engineer to
serve as ingress and egress of the adjacent property designated as Lot 637-
B-1 of the same subdivision plan owned by Nelson Gaspar.
3. That We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity
of all the foregoing statements and for all legal intents and purposes.
