DEED TRANSFER TO THE POSSESSORY RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Dead of Transfer of Rights made and executed this____day of february 2023, by and between:

RODOLFO MANIO CARLOS, of legal age, and a resident of No. 18 B Maria Hugo St.

Project 4, Quezon City, herein after referred to as the TRANSFEROR;

MIKE FLORES BUSTAMANTE BLK 10 LANGKA ST. SAMAGTA FLOODWAY TAYTAY RIZAL to as the
TRANSFEREE

WITNESSETH; THAT

WHEREAS, the Transferor is the possessor of a lot rights located at Zone 7A, Purok 2,

Barangay Cupang, Antipolo City, Rizal, with an area of one hundred (200) square meters, more or less,
do hereby transfer to the said TRANSFEREE the said lot and more particularly described tio wit:

"A Lot rights located at Zone 7A, Purok 2, Barangay Cupang, Antipolo City, Rizal, with an area of ONE
HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS, more or less"

WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR further warrants peaceful possession and employment of the afore-
described (rights) against any person or entity;

NOW THEREFOR, for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND

(60,000,00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, paid by the TRANSFEREE to the TRANSFEROR

hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS unto and in favor of the TRANSFEREE the aforresaid lot rights
described above.
