That we, Sps. ANGELA J. QUILLAO and JOE CESAR C. QUILLAO,
both of legal age, Filipinos, with residence and postal address at Block D4, Lot 16, San Andres II, Damariñas City, Cavite, Philippines, after having sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:
1. The agricultural land we bought from Lorena Oliva-Delos
Santos, married to Arnold Delos Santos, likewise a Filipino, and residents of Barangay Potot, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, Philippines, covered by OCT No. 24376 with an area of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine (2,859) square meters under Doc. No. 504, Page No. 102, Book No. 5, Series of 2024 notarized by Alec Martin M. Alsisto does not exceed five (5) hectares;
2. The said property (including the agricultural property we
owned) does not exceed the landownership ceiling or limit as provided under Section 6 of R.A. 6657 as amended or the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program;
3. This Affidavit is executed as one of the requirements for the
issuance of DAR Land Transaction Clearance pursuant to DAR Administrative order No. 04 Series of 2021.
