JOINT AFFIDAVIT

WE, CRISTINA D. PADUA, JULIETA D. GILONGOS, DANILO F.

DOMINGO and ARISTON F. DOMINGO, of legal ages, Filipinos, and
presently residing at 60-Y Ka Carlos Street, Rincon, Valenzuela City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state, that:

1. We are the lawful and legal owners of a real property covered by TCT
No. T-141743 of the Registry of Deeds of Valenzuela City, and consisting
of 982 square meters more or less located at Rincon, Valenzuela City;

2. On October 8, 2022, we executed an Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate

of the Deceased Antonio Domingo which was duly notarized by Atty.
Dave Ramos with Doc. No.375; Page No.76; Book No.15; Series of 2018;

3. However, the City Assessor Office of Valenzuela noticed that the

structure/house and improvement of the subject lot was not included in
the said Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate;

4. The said structure/house and improvement of the subject lot will be

given to CRISTINA D. PADUA;

5. We hereby state under oath that the structure/house and improvement

thereon are included in the Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate; and

6. We are executing this Joint-Affidavit embodied in the Extra-Judicial

Settlement of Estate and attest to the truth of the foregoing set of facts
and to inform the authorities for all legal intents and purposes.
