 BULK CBD EXTRACTS
There are 3 basic forms of CBD extract that can be used to make a wide range of unique CBD products

CRUDE EXTRACT

This is unrefined hemp extract, produced by

extracting hemp material by supercritical CO2
extraction. It’s a dark and sticky paste, with the full
spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids,
fats, waxes and chlorophyll.

Crude extract can be decarboxylated to transform

all of the CBDa into CBD.

WINTERIZED EXTRACT

All chlorophyll and most waxes and fat have been

removed from this extract. Percentages of our
winterized extracts generally range between 50%
and 80% CBD.

ISOLATE / CRYSTALS

CBD can be isolated until it is over 99% pure. CBD

isolate has almost no flavour and has a white or
slightly amber colour.

TERPENES
Terpenes can evaporate during the process of
refining of hemp extracts. Through distillation,
these terpenes can be added back to the final
product to achieve a full spectrum of compounds

How we calculate our prices for refined & isolated extracts that vary by batch
The exact percentage of CBD in our refined extracts will vary according to each batch.
Because of these (minor) variations, we calculate the price based on the total amount of CBD you order.

We use this system for pricing so you always know exactly how much CBD you receive on each order, and
can adjust your formulations accordingly.

EXAMPLE
We will illustrate this with the example of buying 1kg purified CBD extract containing a total of 0.68kg CBD
for €9,860

If the batch comes out at 65%, you will receive a total of 1kg extract containing 0.65kg CBD and pay €9425

If the batch comes out at 75%, you will receive 1.kg of extract containing 0.75kg CBD and pay €10,875

The exception to this is 99.5% CBD isolate which is sold by weight

 CARRIER OILS
Most CBD consumer goods are made by blending extract with a carrier oil for sublingual
application. Please see our CBD Oil Blends catalogue for pricing information.

ORGANIC HEMP SEED OIL

This oil is produced by cold pressing hemp seeds. The resulting oil is high in omega
ORGANIC fatty acids, but has a limited shelf life. Organic hemp seed oil is prone to getting

rancid and can deteriorate very quickly if not stored under ideal conditions.

REFINED HEMP SEED OIL

REFINED
Refining hemp seed oil improves shelf life while preserving the nutrients in hemp

CARRIER OIL
seed oil. This significantly improves in shelf life and tastes more neutral.

MCT OIL

Medium Chain Triglycerides, usually extracted from the coconut. MCT’s are
widely used in dietary supplements and is a very stable and neutral product, both for
internal or external application

OLIVE OIL

Olive oil has a high carrying capacity for CBD, and acts as a natural preservative.

 HOW TO ORDER
You will be provided with a wholesale account through the B2B platform on our website. A number
of standard products can be ordered directly through the platform.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept full payment in advance through bank transfer.

From the time of confirmation of payment, we aim for no
more than 12 working days lead time for production, with
20 working days added for bottling, labelling and packaging,
provided your design has been finalised and proofed. If
your order needs more time to prepare we will notify you in
advance.

VAT

We offer different product categories: food supplements and

cosmetics. For our EU clients excluding the netherlands, we
will confirm the validity of your VAT number using the VIES
V.A.T
VAT number validation system provided by the European
Commission, so the 0% intracommunautaire VAT rate can be
applied. For our dutch clients a 6% (9% from January 2019)
VAT rate will be applied on food supplements, and a 21% VAT
rate for cosmetics and consultancy. %

SHIPPING

Our prices exclude shipping. We provide the option of booking

your shipment using DHL Parcel. Insurance is optional up to
€50.000 although DHL limits some products to €10.000. CIP
Incoterms apply when you ask us to ship your parcel. This
means that although we provide the service of booking your
shipment with DHL, you are taking on the transport risk. We
recommend always purchasing insurance to avoid financial
damages in case your goods get damaged or lost.

For shipments to outside of the EU, EXW (Ex Works)

Incoterms apply.

REFUNDS

We only accept refunds in case the product delivered to you

doesn’t meet the agreed product specification. We ship a
small sample of the product along with our bulk deliveries. It
is your responsibility to check this sample meets the agreed
product specifications. We don’t accept retunrs of damaged
