 BULK CBD OIL BLENDS
CBD Oil Europe offer three different kinds of CBD oil blends for sale as food suplements and cosmetics.
These can be marketed within Europe under different regulatory environments.

NATURAL CBD OIL, CRUDE BLENDS <0.2% THC

This blend is made by mixing carrier oil with crude extract. It contains a
maximum of 0.2% THC. This product contains chlorophyll.
<0.2% THC
This product has a very strong taste and smell.

CBD+CBDA This product is full spectrum, containing all naturally occurring

cannabinoids and terpenes that are found in hemp. Our standard blend is
RAW / DEWAXED made with organic hemp seed oil (other carrier oils available on request.)

Crude blends are not decarboxylated and also contain CBDa. All crude
blends can be decarboxylated on request.

REDUCED THC BLENDS <0.05% THC

This blend is made by mixing carrier oil with winterized extract. The THC
content of this product has been reduced to below 0.05% THC. This product
<0.05 THC does not contain chlorophyll

CBD This product has a medium to strong taste and smell.

This product is broad spectrum, with other minor cannabinoids present and
REDUCED THC THC below 0.05%. Our reduced THC blend is made with refined hemp seed
oil (other carrier oils available on request)

Winterized extracts are always decarboxylated.

ISOLATE BLEND Zero THC

This blend is made by mixing carrier oil with isolated CBD (crystals).
ZERO THC This product has Zero THC. Isolate blends are suitable for cosmetic use,
but shouldn’t be marketed as food supplements, as that could violate the
European Novel Food Guidelines.

CBD Isolate has no taste or smell. Terpenes can be added to give this
product a more lively profile. This product does not contain chlorophyll.
ISOLATE BLEND Our isolate cbd blend is made with MCT oil (other carriers oils availble on
request)

Isolate is always decarboxylated.

 CARRIER OILS
All our CBD blends are made by blending extract with a carrier oil for sublingual or cosmetic
application.

ORGANIC HEMP SEED OIL

This oil is produced by cold pressing hemp seeds. The resulting oil is high in omega
ORGANIC fatty acids, but has a limited shelf life. Organic hemp seed oil is prone to getting

rancid and can deteriorate very quickly if not stored under ideal conditions. Organic
hemp seed oil has a 1 year shelf life.

REFINED HEMP SEED OIL

Refining hemp seed oil improves shelf life while preserving the nutrients in hemp

seed oil. This significantly improves in shelf life and tastes more neutral. Refined
OIL
hemp seed oil has an 18 month shelf life.

MCT OIL

Medium Chain Triglycerides, usually extracted from the coconut. MCT’s are
widely used in dietary supplements and is a very stable and neutral product, both for
internal or external application. MCT oil has a 2 year shelf life.

Olive oil has a high carrying capacity for CBD, and acts as a natural preservative.

BOXES AND LABELS

For the most cost effective solution for labelling and boxing you would require an initial investment
of €2200 for printing 10,000 boxes and labels. Any boxes and labels you don’t use on your first order
will be availale for your next order†. For subsequent orders you only pay for bottling. Please read our

*If you don’t have the budget for our full service private labelling, we offer the option of supplying
you printed, folded and cut boxes, and labels on the roll. They require manual labour (labels have to
be applied, boxes have to be glued) before they are ready to be sold as consumer goods.

You retain ownership of all labels and boxes. Storage fees will be applied. Alternatively we can ship the
unused labels & boxes to a location of your choice.
 HOW TO ORDER
You will be provided with a wholesale account through the B2B platform on our website. A number
of standard products can be ordered directly through the platform.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept full payment in advance through bank transfer.

From the time of confirmation of payment, we aim for no
more than 15 working days lead time for production, with
20 working days added for bottling, labelling and packaging,
provided your design has been finalised and proofed. If
your order needs more time to prepare we will notify you in
advance.

VAT

We offer different product categories: food supplements and

cosmetics. For our EU clients excluding the netherlands, we
will confirm the validity of your VAT number using the VIES
V.A.T
VAT number validation system provided by the European
Commission, so the 0% intracommunautaire VAT rate can be
applied. For our dutch clients a 6% (9% from January 2019)
VAT rate will be applied on food supplements, and a 21% VAT
rate for cosmetics and consultancy. %

SHIPPING

Our prices exclude shipping. We provide the option of booking

your shipment using DHL Parcel. Insurance is optional up to
€50.000 although DHL limits some products to €10.000. CIP
Incoterms apply when you ask us to ship your parcel. This
means that although we provide the service of booking your
shipment with DHL, you are taking on the transport risk. We
recommend always purchasing insurance to avoid financial
damages in case your goods get damaged or lost.

For shipments to outside of the EU, EXW (Ex Works)

Incoterms apply.

REFUNDS

We only accept refunds in case the product delivered to

you doesn’t meet the agreed product specification. It is
your responsibility to check this sample meets the agreed
product specifications. We don’t accept retunrs of damaged
