Our Natural CBD+CBDa oil blend is an unrefined Our Zero THC pure CBD Blend is made using 99%
extract blended with an MCT oil carrier giving you CBD Isolate blended in an MCT Oil carrier, with
a RAW full spectrum CBD oil containing all the added futura hemp terpenes for a more lively profile
beneficial cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids.

MCT CARRIER OIL

All our Premixed CBD blends are made by blending CBD extract with an MCT carrier oil for
sublingual or cosmetic application. Medium Chain Triglycerides are extracted from the coconut.
MCT OIL MCT’s are widely used in dietary supplements, it’s a very stable and neutral product, both for internal
or external application. MCT oil has a 2 year shelf life.

PRINTING - pricing for labels and boxes is based on our low MOQ “Print on Demand” service.
For orders over 500 units we will label and package your products for you. For orders under 500
units you can order labels on a roll and printed boxes that are glued but need assembling. You will
be responsible for labelling and packaging your products.

Q. What is the minimum order quantity MOQ?

A. You can purchase our premixed blends in boxes of 25 units per SKU

Q. Can I order labels and boxes for these pre-mixed CBD Oils
Y. For orders under 500 units you can order labels on a roll and printed boxes that are glued but
need assembling. You will be responsible for labelling and packaging your products.
For orders over 500 units we will label and package your products for you.

Q. Do you accept payment by Paypal or credit card.

A. We do not accept Paypal, we will be accepting credit cards very shortly for orders up to €500. All
other payments should be made via bank transfer

Q. What is the shelf life and expiry date of these products.

A. These products come with a 2 year expiry date from date of production. We have a high
turnaround of these products so you should expect at least an 18 month shelf life from the date you
purchase.

Q. Do these products have a unique batch number and certificate of analysis COA
A. Yes, all our products come with a unique batch number and certificate of analysis from a
government accredited laboratory.

Q. Can I publish this certifcate of analysis on my website

A. Yes you can publish the certificate of analysis on your website but it will have our company name
on it.

Q. What is the expected lead time for these products

A. We always keep these standard products in stock. We expect to ship our pre-mixed bottled
blends within 2 working days from receipt of payment. Label and boxing will take longer.

Q. What is the expected lead time for printing labels and boxes
A. For orders under 500 units lead times are typically 10 working days after approval of your
designs. For orders over 500 units lead times are typically 15-20 working days if you require us to
label and package your products.

Q. How much does shipping cost and how long does it take
A. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of your order and where you are located. We use
DHL Parcel. For orders under 5kg shipping costs are typically around €35 and takes 3-5 days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept full payment in advance through bank transfer.

From the time your payment clears, we aim for no more than
5 working days lead time, with 15-20 working days added for
bottling, labelling and packaging, provided your design has
been finalised and proofed. If your order needs more time to
prepare we will notify you in advance.

VAT

We offer different product categories: food supplements and

cosmetics. For our EU clients excluding the Netherlands, we
will confirm the validity of your VAT number using the VIES
V.A.T
VAT number validation system provided by the European
Commission, so the 0% intracommunautaire VAT rate can be
applied. For our Dutch clients a 9% VAT rate will be applied
on food supplements, and a 21% VAT rate for cosmetics and
consultancy. %

SHIPPING

Our prices exclude shipping. We provide the option of booking

your shipment using DHL Parcel. Insurance is optional up to
€50.000 although DHL limits some products to €10.000. CIP
Incoterms apply when you ask us to ship your parcel. This
means that although we provide the service of booking your
shipment with DHL, you are taking on the transport risk. We
recommend always purchasing insurance to avoid financial
damages in case your goods get damaged or lost.

For shipments to outside of the EU, EXW (Ex Works)

Incoterms apply.

REFUNDS

We only accept refunds in case the product delivered to

you doesn’t meet the agreed product specification. It is
your responsibility to check this sample meets the agreed
product specifications. We don’t accept returns of damaged
