Temporary erosion control


11 measures are adequate,

In areas with steep or unstable


slopes where deforestation may
cause erosion, the contractor has
constructed ditches or furrows, or
12 cut and bound vegetation in the
form of barriers, transverse to the
stream, or other appropriate
approved measures by the
Consultant.

A point for camping and / or


temporary accumulation has been
13 established in an area that has no
steep slopes or potential hazards
of erosion or instability.
When the thickness of the organic
layer is <15 cm, is it removed,
stored on one side of the ditch
14 within the predicted 5 meters and
adequately protected to prevent
material loss, in order to be used
later during recomposition.
The Contractor is avoiding mixing
15 the removed surface layer with
the subsoil.
When digging, the workers are
16 careful not to change the
surrounding terrain.

In trenching work, the services of


17 passage, irrigation, utilities and
others are respected.

The Contractor observes all


necessary measures for the
conservation of the environment,
18 avoiding any damage or
deterioration of the vegetation or
plantations, and the goods to be
conserved.
The work area is watered when
19 excess dust is generated during
work in an effective manner.
Noise control measures are

regulatory limits, additional

adjustment, machinery
