SITE CONDITION
Brave Ville subdivision presents
some distinctive challenges for construction.
Its proximity to a mountain means the terrain
isn't level. There are certain areas that
massive rocks are present in in the ground,
making construction a bit more complex. Due
to these factors, they designated specific lots
as "reserved" because they might pose
difficulties for building.

The main materials used are Concrete,
Steel Bars, Paint, Jalousie Windows,
Panel Doors, and Long Span Roofing
connected on C-purlins.

Housing Condition:
• Deterioration of many units due to insufficient maintenance
• Some units rendered unusable
• Tall grass obstructing access to certain houses
• Significant issues with doors and windows in several units
• Immediate attention required for repairs
Incomplete Units:
• Substantial portion of units lacking essential elements (e.g., doors, windows)
• Missing painting and finishing work

Water Supply:
• Limited water availability during the day (only accessible between 10 PM and 6 AM)
Trash Management:
• Lack of organized trash collection system
• Some residents resort to burning their trash
Recreation and Social Interaction:
• Absence of parks or play areas hindering social interactions among residents
Road Usage:
• Roads being used for parking, potentially causing congestion and inconvenience
Other Concerns:
• Inadequate tree cover leading to excessive heat during the day
• Lack of street lights posing safety concerns at night
• Unpleasant odor from nearby poultry farm during rainy weather.

RECOMMENDATION
• Maintenance in Houses: Establish a regular maintenance program to address issues within individual houses, ensuring they
remain in good condition over time.
• Finish Unfinished Houses: Complete the houses that are not yet done. Put in doors, windows, and give them a fresh coat of
paint.
• Water Supply and Distribution: Build or upgrade water supply systems to ensure reliable and sufficient water access
throughout the day.
• Waste Management Facilities: Establish designated areas for waste collection, including recycling bins and proper
disposal facilities.
• Street Lighting: Install street lights to enhance visibility and safety at night.
• Recreation and Community Spaces: Create parks, playgrounds, and communal areas for residents to gather, play, and
socialize.
• Greenery and Landscaping: Plant trees, shrubs, and other vegetation to provide shade, improve aesthetics, and promote a
healthier environment.
