The production and technical aspects of this study modifies the performance of this proposed business
by monitoring process, materials and equipment, sites and rendering services to ensure development
for the business.
Content Servicing for small or start- up business is a service- based type of business that offers
inexpensive prices, first-rate marketing services, and effortless transactions on payments for small and
start-up businesses within Legazpi City. The service will be rendered in a scheduled format for the
costumer’s convenience. Content marketing is an essential part of marketing for small business. It allows
consumers to be more knowledgeable about the products and be introduced on different methods or
marketing strategy that is effective to them. Posts, products and contents can be accessed through our
leading social media pages which are TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, specifically in our social
media page. Payment is done in a standard basis where each service rendered will be transact and paid.
This business priorities the flexibility of the consumer’s schedules, so appointments scheduled will be at
their preference. Scheduling as early as possible is recommended. The proposed business will also allow
direct or walk-in customers, but scheduling will always be a priority this means people who initially
scheduled within the time frame will be the business’ priority and the walk-ins must wait for a free or
unscheduled time for them to be accompanied. This is to avoid problems and disruptions of flow of the
schedules.
The business will offer 3 specific packages which is: small package which contains only the content
service post rendered, Medium Package which contains the content service post and a video marketing
and lastly the large package which contains the content service post, video marketing, and paid
advertising. All of the service package includes full service and product promotion in our social media
page, and in our website in order to provide the needs and fulfillment of consumer’s expectations on
the quality of service rendered.

The business will initially ask the costumer what kind of content the business need or the
product needs. Next will be the product or service analysis. In this stage, product or service of the
product will undergo inspection. This will ensure if the product or service is safe for people to buy and
serve. After analysis, costumers may choose if the content marketing business will be in charge of video
and photography of their product or they have their own. If they have, they may choose to use those
certain clips for the content itself. Next, will be adding images and contents, this will bring color to the
post or video itself. The purpose is to use right images and contents to promote for the right audiences.
Next will be the publishing content, in this stage, the proponents will finalize the content and make sure
of its high quality. Lastly will be the distribution of content to the clients.
Pre- service Process
The initial step of the service process is to review the product or service that is being marketed. Next is
to review the availability of the client and schedule when the content is needed. The proposed business
will provide an easy and effortless mode of transaction. Booking schedules (time and date) immediately
after availing the services. The consumer has the freedom to choose which service package they like and
the service will take place on the scheduled time and date that the consumer booked. Online payment
and cash on hand basis is the mode of transaction that will be used. Then inspection and promotion of
the product will be done after payment is complete.
Service Process
This process can be done at least three days and the full service will be done within a week. The
proponents transpire for the flow to happen in a smooth and efficient service rendering which will cater
the service and the marketing needs of the costumers who have booked ahead of time. For the walk-ins
they will need to ask for an available appointment time and date from the proponents which they are
also convenient with. Below is a diagram of the service flow procedure.

Figure 2 represents the flow of the service process proposed for the business, content marketing
for small or start-up business. Initially we are acquiring or accepting costumers. Second will be the
validation of schedule, this stage will determine when will the service be needed and when is the
costumer available for the service to be rendered. If the costumers are walk- ins, they will proceed to
the front desk and ask the service provider for a list of available schedules to choose form for their
convenience. This will determine when will the service be rendered and do not disrupt the flow of
service process. They will now proceed to finalizing their appointment. Booking reservations and the
payment process to also finalize the transactions. After this, a receipt shall be given to the costumer.
Next will be the rendering of service, this will happen exactly as what the costumer’s appointment time
and date. Lastly is the fulfillment of transactions, the business will have the power to also market the
product of the costumer in their social media page and website with the permission of the costumers
themselves.
Table __ illustrates the organized operational schedule for the reserved appointments during the service
operation. The business will function for approximately nine hours daily starting morning until
afternoon. The service will start at 8:30 in the morning and will end at 5:38 in the afternoon. The
business will be open from Mondays to Saturdays, depending on the time plot and scheduled
appointments. Each client will have an hour time allotment for their concerns. Other gaps, on time
schedules or appointments can be opened for the walk-in clients. They will also be accommodated once
the schedules are done.
Cleaning Supplies
Table __ shows the cleaning supplies needed for the business in maintaining cleanliness and safe
environment for both the proponents and the clients during the operation. The overall total cost is
P 1,948 per month.
Office Supplies
Table __ shows the total cost of office supplies to be used in the service process of the proposed
business. It is focused on the item needed for reports, monitoring, receipts, and booking appointments
for every service given. The total cost of the office supplies amounts to P 3,149.00.
Table __ shows the total cost of tools and equipment that will be used in the business operation of
content servicing. The overall total cost is amounted to P 62,460.00. The Depreciation expense of the
tools and equipment is calculated using the Straight-Line Depreciation Method wherein the formula is
Cost/ Assumed Life Span of the tool or equipment. The overall total depreciation expense is amounting
to P 14,326.66.
Goods
Table __ shows the goods to be offered to the costumers and the service provider. The overall total cost
sums up to P 1,878.00, in a monthly basis depending on the demand daily.
Utilities Requirement
Table illustrates the monthly and annual cost of utilities needed for the operation of the business
namely electricity, water, WIFI and the emergency LED bulb. The total monthly cost summed up to
P 4,764.00, and the total annual cost is P 57,168.00.
Table __ shows the illustration for allocation of funds of the business for related improvement features.
