RAHIMSIDDIQ A. GUITING for the full time position of Teacher-1 in our Department. As a
school head of KES Annex is highly in need of Teacher like Him, for we found her responsible,
enthusiastic and hardworking during his work tenure. He has a charismatic personality and
easily bonds with children at all temperaments. He understands well the needs and emotions of
every child and cares for them accordingly.
He had a good command of the subjects he taught to his pupils have always shown good
grades. He has great communication skills and is very cooperative. He brought innovative
teaching methods to keep his class active. He is a good planner and manages work nicely.
