My testimony: How I reduce stress in lockdown

Hello everybody! My name is Roque junior and I am 15years old and Study in "------------"
school in Piura Peru. And today I'm going to talk to you how I reduce stress in the confinement.

First of all, I want to tell you that in this current confinement in which we all go, lately, people's
daily lives

Have changed rapidly, since the Covid-19 virus began to spread around the world.

For this reason, the authorities decided to take drastic social and health measures for the
benefit of all

People. However, these measures have affected the entire population in one way or another

And in this current situation I never imagined that a situation like the one we are going
through would

Happen.

But during this quarantine, lately I feel stressed and bored, because:

-I dont going to play with my friends

-I dont go to parties

-I dont go to cinemas and shopping centers

-I dont go to school because of this pandemic

-i dont meet with my classmates

On the other hand, to reduce this stress on myself, I do activities that help me forget about
myself and

Reduce stress, which include the following actions:

-I do physical activities at home

-I watch videos and movies

-I listen to music

-I play video games with my brother

In addition, I help at home with household activities. That is why doing these activities always
helps me to

feel better and to be able to relax, leaving aside for some minutes the situation that I am
feeling and going

through.
