Work – require – long time and extensive period training and study to acquire and master
specialized knowledge and skills.
There are two elements of profession : Competence and work of ethics
Competence are the skills and knowledge that enable a teacher to be a successful
Instructional delivery: well designed guide
Classroom management: how to deal with students, how to make learning plan
Formative assement – essential in evaluating the knowledge of the students, how they
understood the topics etc.
Personal competencies (soft skills) – quality of the teacher, if the teacher is enthusiastic, showing
positive vibe in learning.
Code of Ethics
Ensures the practitioners acts properly/responsibly, they need to be a good role model. If they
not follow the code of ethics.
Revocation of Certificate of registration and suspension from the practice of the teaching

Accounting teacher – teaching lessons in accounting field including social ethics and business
