RESOLUTION NO. 2023-007

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE MA. ALANA SAMANTHA T.

SANTOS, RERESENTATIVE OF THE 3RD DISTRICT OF COTABTO, TO SECURE
FUNDING FOR THE PROVISION OF UNIFORMS FOR THE OFFICERS AND BOARD
OF DIRECTORS THE PROVINCIAL PARENTS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION
FEDERATION OF COTABATO.

WHEREAS, the Provincial Parents Teachers Association Federation plays a crucial role
in promoting collaboration and engagement between parent, teachers and the school
administration, working towards the betterment of the educational experience of our students;

WHEREAS, providing uniforms for the PPTAF Officers and Board of Directors not
only foster a sense of unity and identity but also symbolized the commitment of the federation
towards educational improvement in Cotabato;

WHEREAS, Honorable Congresswoman Ma. Alana Samantha T. Santos, as a

representative, has the capacity to advocate for the allocation of funding to supply uniforms for
the PPTAF Officers and Board of Directors;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Alba duly seconded by Mr. Gesulga,

BE IT RESOLVED that we, the undersigned, earnestly request Honorable Ma. Alana
Samantha T. Santos to advocate for and secure funding for the provision of Uniforms for the
Officers and Board of Directors of the Provincial Parents Teachers Federation of Cotabato;

RESOLVED FURTHER that this funding shall be earmarked to purchase uniforms for
PPTAF Officers and Board of Directors, creating a sense of identity, unity and pride within the
federation;;

BE IT RESOLVED EVEN FURTHER that the allocated funds shall be subject to

transparent financial management and reporting to ensure the efficient and effective use of
resources;

BE IT RESOLVE FINALLY that this resolution be presented to Honorable

Congresswoman Santos for consideration and favorable action, in recognition of the positive
impact of providing uniforms to the Provincial Parents Teachers Federation Association Officers
and Board of Directors.
