Methodology

The researchers investigated into KFC to find out the steps that the manager takes when making
decisions for the company. The research consists of quantitative and qualitative data.

Throughout this process the researchers gained information using a number of primary and
secondary sources. Some of the primary sources chosen were questionnaires and interviews. A
total of 15 questionnaires were sent out consisting of (10) closed ended questions. The
questionnaire will provide suitable and accurate information that will be valid and reliable. The
interview consist of (6) questions.

Secondary sources used were textbooks, the internet and records from the statement. Random
sampling was used to assist the researchers in choosing a sample population for the investigation
to be done with a size of (20) respondents.

Some limitations faced were not having all participants submitting or completing the
questionnaires as well as persons that took a long time in completing the questionnaire which
was time consuming for the researchers. A number of persons were also hesitant at first when
given the questionnaires to complete.
