ONLINE SALES

 The concept of swapping has helped us in selling our products. Most people have systems and
they want to upgrade to a better one. It has helped us cover the issue of lack of varieties as the
sales did not drop.
 There is a very big issue with quality control from lagos. A total of 8 laptops out of 26 sold this
week had issues. That is 30% of laptops sold had issues.

GAMES DEPARTMENT

 This department is not working. Partly because students are not around and we cant give people
game remotely
 The other reason is because the department is not creative enough.

PORTAL

 The transitioning is almost done. This is a new department and it is being restructured at the
moment.

GRAPHICS DESIGNER

 Efficient currently. Undergoing training currently on computer knowledge so that he can

communicate our contents into proper graphics.

OFFLINE SALES UNIT

 Considering the fact that students are not around, number of walk-ins have reduced, however,
we are not converting most of the walk-ins largely due to lack of varieties.
 Reoccurring price range – less than 100k and 120k -160k, then laptop with dedicated graphics
around 250k

TECH-SUPPORT UNIT
 The tech support unit has been efficient but not innovative. They will be tasked to come up with
innovative means to improve on their job..

LOGISTICS

 As usual, osogbo tops our delivery locations. A total of 11 deliveries were made. 4 to Osogfbo, 3
to ibadan.
