Comments:
- After the first and the second week of the internship, I got the basic information about the internship company as well as the operating system, requirements and tasks that need to be performed when I'm
working as a teaching assistant in the office.
- During a class, the teaching assistant not only plays the role of an interpreter (when students study with a foreign teacher) but also has to do many things such as marking and correcting homework,
guiding students to do exercise, controlling class, and taking photos for reporting to parents and class-managers...
- Know how to write a report and the way to communicate with parents.
- After observing in some classes, I realized that each teacher has his/her own teaching method and different ways to help students get knowledge quickly, firmly grasp the lesson, and be more retentive.
Some teachers teach through exercises, while some want students to be more retentive through activities.
