‫حيث أن الطرف األول يرغب في مزاولة العمل (المهني) في إمارة دبي وحيثث أهثق ثس اصل عثل ث الرخعثة المهنيثة ث لث‬
‫من دبي لالقتصاد والسياحة بامارة دبي باالصم اللجثار " افاالن اابيتاا للنسااةة الققايةاة" وحيثث أن المثادنين (‪ )15‬ور ثم (‪)16‬‬
‫مزاولي األهشثطة (النسااةة‬ ‫من القاهون ر م (‪ )13‬لسنة ‪ 2011‬م بشأن ننظيم مزاولة االهشطة اال لعادية في امارة دبي س اصلوجبلا‬
‫في بيع الققايات وشرائها) المهنية‪ /‬ال رفية من غير المواطنين أن يكون لهثم "وايا دادمات مىلا "‪ .‬فقثس نثم االنقثاي فيمثا بثين الطثرفين‬

‫نعلبر المقسمة أ اله جزءا اليلجزأ من هذا العقس ونقرأ معق‪.‬‬

‫المادة (‪)2‬‬

‫المادة (‪)3‬‬

‫نقلعر واجبات واللزامات الطرف الثاهي نجاه الطرف األول والغير في نقسيم خبرة الرجل المعلاد المشرو ة للمكين‬
‫صبيل المثال المسا سة في اصلخراج الرخعة المهنية‬ ‫الطرف األول من ممارصة هشاطق في إمارة دبي‪ ،‬ومن ل‬
‫نأشيرات العمل الالزمة ونجسيسها لسى الوازرات والسوائر والهيئات ال كومية‬ ‫ونجسيسها والمعاوهة في ال عول‬
‫وشبق ال كومية‪.‬‬

‫المادة (‪)4‬‬

‫ةكن للطرف االو مسئنال مسئنلية ااملة تجاه الغير عن اي دةن او التزامات مالية قد تنشا في ذمته اعتبايا من تايةخ تنقيع هذا الققد‬
‫والتي قد تترتب نتيجه لممايسة النشاة في اماية دبي‪.‬‬
‫المادة (‪)5‬‬

‫ال ةتىم الطرف الثاني وال ةلتزم تجاه الطرف األو أو الغير بأي مسئنلية مدنية أو التزامات مالية تتقلق بأعما ونشاة الطرف األو‬
‫داد إماية دبي ودايجها‪.‬‬

‫المادة (‪)6‬‬

‫مقاب تقدةم الطرف الثاني لكافة ددماته بمنجب هذا الققد وةلتزم الطرف األو بأ ةدفع للطرف الثاني مبلغا وقديه =‪ 8000/‬ديهم (فقط‬
‫ثمانية آالف ديهم) سننةا وةقتبر هذا المبلغ هن الىق النحيد للطرف الثاني المترتب في ذمة الطرف االو ‪.‬‬

‫المادة (‪)7‬‬

‫مدة هذا الققد سنة ميالدةة تبدأ اعتباي من تايةخ صدوي مستند الترديص وتجدد تلقائيا لمدة أدرى مماثلة مالم ةخطر أحد الطرفين‬
‫الطرف اآلدر بمنجب اتاب مسج عل عننانه المشاي إليه في بداةة هذا الققد برغبته في عدم التجدةد وذلك قب شهرةن عل األقـ من‬
‫انتهائه‪.‬‬

‫المادة (‪)8‬‬
‫تقتصر القالق ة بين الطرفين عل التزامات المشاي إليها أعاله في هذا الققد وال ةمكن بىا من األحنا اعتباي الطرفين أو مسئنلين‬
‫بالتضامن عن أةة التزامات مالية قد تنشأ نتيجة لممايسة الطرف األو لنشاةه في إماية دبي‪.‬‬
‫المادة (‪)9‬‬
‫أي نزاع ةنشأ بين الطرفين فيما بتفسير بنند هذا الققد ةصر إل حله ودةا وف حالة عدم االتفاق تكن مىاام دبي هي المختصة في‬
‫الفص فيه‪.‬‬

APPOINTMENT CONTRACT OF LOCAL SERVICE AGENT

According to the provisions of Law No. (13) for the year 2011 On the organization of Economic Activities in the Emirate of
Dubai.

(Hereinafter called as Second Party)

Preamble

Whereas the First Party wishes to carry out the (professional) work in the Emirate of Dubai and whereas it has obtained the
Professional License from the DUBAI ECONOMY AND TOURISM in Dubai under the trade name "AVALON CAPITAL
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE" Whereas Articles (15) and (16) of the provisions of Law No. (13) Of 2011 organization of
Economic Activities (REAL ESTATE BUYING & SELLING BROKERAGE) in the Emirate of Dubai stipulated that the
Vocational/Professional activities and of non-citizens to have a “Local Service Agent”. It has been agreed between the two
parties on the following: -

Article (1)
The above preamble shall be considered an integral part of the conditions of this contract and shall be read
therewith.
Article (2)
The First Party hereby appoints the Second Party as its “local service agent” in the Emirate of Dubai and the
Second Party hereby agrees to act as local service agent of the first party during the validity of this Contract and
any renewal thereof for the purposes stipulated herein.
Article (3)
The duties and obligations of the Second party towards the First Party and others are limited to extending the
legal experience of an ordinary man in order to enable the First Party to carry out its activity in the Emirate
Dubai, such as for example, to assist in obtaining and renewing the professional licenses and to assist in obtaining
the necessary employment visas and renewing the same with the Ministries and Governmental and Semi-
Governmental Departments and bodies.
Article (4)
The First party shall be responsible towards other parties for any debts or financial obligations due from it as
from the date of signing this contract which might be incurred as result of it practicing the activity in the
Emirates of Dubai.
Article (5)
The Second Party shall not bear or be liable towards the First Party or other parties for any civil responsibility or
financial obligations related to the business and activity of the First Party inside and outside the Emirate of
Dubai.
Article (6)
In consideration of all the services rendered by the Second Party hereunder, the First Party is committed to pay
to the Second Party the sum of (Dhs.8,000/-) Eight thousand Dirhams only Per annum. This amount is
considered the only right due to the Second party from the First Party.

The duration of this Contract shall be one Gregorian year commencing from the date of issuance of the license
and shall be automatically renewed for other similar periods unless either party informed the other party in a
registered letter sent to the address stated first hereinabove of his intention not to renew this contract at least two
months prior to its expiry date.
Article (8)
The relationship the parties hereof shall be limited to the obligations referred to hereinabove, and under no
circumstances the parties shall be considered as partners or jointly liable for any financial obligations arising as a
result of the First party’s carrying out its activity in the Emirate of Dubai.

Article (9)

Any dispute which may arise in connection with the interpretation of the provisions of this contract shall be
amicably settled failing which, Dubai courts shall be the competent authority to settle the same.

This contract was made in (4) copies, of which a copy shall be kept, after being authenticated, by the Notary
Public, another copy is lodged with the competent authority for the purposes of completing the necessary
licensing procedures while each party shall keep a copy to act accordingly.
