    Dear Ms.Mai,
    Welcome to TLS, we are delighted to welcome you to join the TLS team. The following,
    I am going to talk about things you should and shouldn’t do on your first day at work.
    Firstly, according to the company’s working time, you should arrive on time or 10
    minutes early because it shows that you are professional and you respect other people’s
    time.
    Secondly, as for dress code, you should wear formal clothes such as tie, vest and white
    shirt on Monday morning because it makes you look courtesy. Specialy, you shouldn’t
    wear informal clothes like: shorts and tank top.
    Thirdly , interms of topics for small talk, you should about newtral topic: weather, hobby,
    work. Beside, you don’t ask about religion, merries, age.
    Finally, you shouldn’t eat smelly food inside the office. Moreover, you shouldn’t gossip
    about other people’s private life. Next, you should turn off telephone during meetings and
    clean up the room before leaving.
