Subject: Company’s rules
Dear new employees team,
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on being accepted into our company. Today I am
writing this email to inform you about your company's rules and guidelines at the workplace.
The first important thing I want to mention to you is working time. The working hours of our
company starts at 8 a.m.; you should arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for work. We consider that
working on time expresses your attitude and responsibility for your task. If you arrive late, you
must notify their supervisor as soon as possible. The second rule is about the dress code. You
must wear the company’s uniform on Monday. You should avoid clothing that is too revealing,
casual, dirty, offensive, or inappropriate. Third, the topic for small talk You should avoid
discussing personal, controversial, or religious topics at work. Be sure to continue the
conversation with neutral and relevant topics that your coworkers are interested in. For example,
topics such as weather, work, clothes, …. The last of the rules in the company is office etiquette.
You should turn off the phone during the meeting and turn off electrical equipment when leaving.
You shouldn’t bring smell food to your office because it may bother other colleagues. Please keep
the charging room clean. And the important thing is that you should be friendly with your
co-workers.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
