Training Program

1. Learning outcomes

The parties have agreed that the following learning outcomes should be achieved during
the learning mobility:

Outcome 1: The participant recognises and understands environmental


sustainability standards.

Outcome 5: Assembles installations (indoor electrical, sound and CCTV,


among others) and equipment, applying current regulations, safety

Outcome 6 Collaborates in the operations and processes in order to put into

Outcome 7 Carries out the preventive maintenance in installations and


equipment that are in charge of the company, applying the corresponding
maintenance plans.

Outcome 8 Collaborates in the diagnosis and repair of breakdowns and


dysfunctions in installations and equipment, applying corrective
maintenance techniques and procedures

2. Learning programme and tasks

To achieve the agreed learning outcomes, the participant will complete the following
activities and tasks during their mobility activity.

3. Monitoring, mentoring and support during the activity

3.1. Responsible persons at the hosting organisation

The following person(s) at the hosting organisation are tasked with introducing the
participant to their activities and tasks at the hosting organisation, providing practical
support, monitoring their learning progress, supporting them to achieve the expected
learning outcomes, and helping them to integrate into the daily routines and the social
context at the hosting organisation.

3.2. Responsible persons at the sending organisation

The following person(s) at the sending organisation are tasked with following the
participants’ progress and providing content or practical support from the side of the
sending organisation.

3.3. Mentoring and monitoring arrangements

As a minimum, the monitoring and mentoring arrangements will include the following
activities:
- Scheduled dialogue with participant on a fortnightly basis
- Weekly review of completed tasks and learning outcomes in company
- Weekly review of OLS training
- Consultation between host and sending organisation tutors fortnightly

4. Evaluation of learning outcomes

After the mobility activity, the participant’s learning outcomes will be assessed in the
following way:

Evaluation format:
During the period of the FCT module, continuous assessment will be carried out both
in the consultations between tutors and in the online tutorials scheduled fortnightly.
At the end of the period of the FCT module, the workplace tutor in collaboration with
the school tutor will evaluate the activities of the training programme, which will be
recorded in the corresponding evaluation form.

Evaluation criteria:
1. The participant recognises and understands environmental
sustainability measures.

Assessment criteria:

a) The company's Environmental Management System has been identified.


b) An environmentally friendly attitude has been maintained in the activities carried
out.
c) Environmental management regulations have been complied with.

2. Identifies the structure and organisation of the company, relating them to
the type of service provided.

Assessment Criteria:

a) The organisational structure of the company and the functions of each area of the
company have been identified.
b) The structure of the company has been compared with the existing standard
business organisations in the sector.
c) The characteristics of the service and the type of clients have been related to the
development of the business activity.
d) The working procedures in the development of the service provision have been
identified.
e) The necessary competences of the human resources for the optimal development
of the activity have been assessed.
f) The suitability of the most frequent dissemination channels in this activity has been
assessed.

3. Applies ethical and labour habits in the development of his/her


professional activity, in accordance with the characteristics of the job
position and the procedures established in the company.

Evaluation Criteria:

a) The following have been recognised and justified:


● The personal and time availability required in the job position.
The personal attitudes (punctuality and empathy, among others) and professional
attitudes (order, cleanliness and responsibility, among others) necessary for the job
position.
The attitudinal requirements regarding risk prevention in the professional activity.
The attitudinal requirements referring to quality in the professional activity.
● The relational attitudes towards one's own work team and the hierarchies
established in the company.
● Attitudes related to the documentation of the activities carried out in the work
environment.
The training needs for the insertion and reintegration into the labour market in the
scientific and technical field of the professional's good work.
b) The occupational risk prevention regulations and the fundamental aspects of the
Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks applicable to the professional activity have
been identified.
c) Personal protective equipment has been used according to the risks of the
professional activity and the company's rules.
d) Has maintained an attitude of respect for the environment in the activities carried
out.
e) The workstation or the area corresponding to the development of the activity has
been kept organised, clean and free of obstacles.
f) Has taken responsibility for the work assigned, interpreting and complying with the
instructions received.
g) Established effective communication with the person responsible in each situation
and with the members of the team.
h) Has coordinated with the rest of the team, communicating relevant incidents that
may arise.
i) Appreciated the importance of his/her activity and the need to adapt to changes in

tasks.
j) Has taken responsibility for the application of the rules and procedures in the
development of his/her work.

4. Participates in the tasks of configuration and assessment of


installations (indoor electrical, sound and CCTV, among others) and
equipment, applying current regulations, safety standards and the
company's quality system.

Assessment Criteria:

a) Schematics have been drawn, using the appropriate symbology.


b) Installations have been calculated and dimensioned according to current
regulations.
c) Tables and computer tools have been used.
d) The installation has been laid out according to the technical documentation.
e) Manufacturers' technical manuals have been interpreted.
f) The budget for materials and labour for the installation has been drawn up.
g) The stipulated safety, quality and environmental respect plans have been
recognised.
h) Collaborated with the work team, showing initiative and interest.

5. Assembles installations and equipment applying current regulations,


safety rules and the company's quality system.

Assessment criteria:

a) The elements, their function and their arrangement in the assembly have been
identified.
b) The assembly plan of the installation and equipment has been interpreted,
selecting the necessary tools and materials.
c) The connections of the elements and equipment have been carried out according
to the installation diagrams.
d) The appropriate tools have been used in each stage of the assembly.
e) The installation has been carried out, applying the regulations in force.
f) Personal and installation safety regulations have been complied with.
g) Acted according to the quality system procedures.
h) Operations have been carried out with criteria of respect for the environment.
i) Has integrated in the work team, showing initiative and interest.

6. Collaborates in the operations and procedures for the commissioning of


installations and equipment, following the established procedures.

Assessment Criteria:

a) The commissioning plan of installations and equipment has been interpreted.


b) The tools and instruments for commissioning have been selected.
c) The sequence of operation of the elements of the installation (control, safety and
electrical receivers, among others) has been checked.
d) The elements and equipment have been programmed, regulated and calibrated,
according to their functional characteristics.
e) The operating parameters of the installation have been verified.
f) Hand tools, computer tools and instruments have been used for the commissioning
in an appropriate manner.

g) The current safety, quality and regulatory standards have been complied with.
(h) The documentation required by the commissioning process has been completed.

7. Carries out preventive maintenance of the installations and equipment in


charge of the company, applying the corresponding maintenance plans.

Evaluation Criteria:

a) Maintenance plans have been interpreted.


b) Appropriate tools and instruments have been selected.
c) Functionality, electrical consumption and operating parameters, among others,
have been checked.
d) Elements and equipment have been adjusted and reprogrammed.
e) Deviations from the plan have been detected and reported.
f) Preventive maintenance has been carried out in accordance with the required
safety and quality.
g) Operations have been carried out in an environmentally friendly way.
h) Collaborated with the work team, showing initiative and interest.

8. Collaborates in the diagnosis and repair of breakdowns and malfunctions


in installations and equipment, applying corrective maintenance techniques
and procedures.

Assessment Criteria:

a) Symptoms of breakdowns or malfunctions have been identified through the


measurements made and the observation of the functionality of the installation or
equipment.
b) Hypotheses of the possible causes of the failure and its repercussion on the
installation have been proposed.
c) The malfunction has been located according to the specific procedures for
diagnosis and location.
d) The necessary tools and instruments have been selected to carry out the repair
process.
e) Disassembly has been carried out, following the established guidelines, with
safety, quality and respect for the environment.
f) Faulty elements have been replaced or repaired.
g) The initial functional conditions of the installation have been re-established.
h) Work has been carried out in an orderly and clean manner, respecting the
stipulated times for the work carried out.
i) The documentation established in the maintenance programmes has been
completed.
j) Collaborated with the work team, showing initiative and interest.

Evaluation procedures:
The company tutor will issue an assessment report on the student's professional
competence, which will be taken into account by the school tutor when marking the
training placement and the subject of workplace training

5. Recognition of learning outcomes

The learning outcomes attained by the participant will be recognised in the following
way:

Recognition conditions:
A positive assessment by the work placement tutor and the workplace training

Recognition procedures:
The person in charge of the recognition in the Spanish education system is the
Workplace Training tutor and the work placement will be recognised as a result of the
Workplace Training module.
The participant will also obtain the Europass Mobility Document. The person in charge
of managing the Europass Mobility Document is the Erasmus coordinator.

Recognition documentation:
1. Learning agreement complement
2. Assessment report from the company tutor issued after the end of the
placement within one week. Responsible organization: the company where the
placement is carried out.
3. Assessment of the FCT module. Based on the report issued by the FCT tutor.
Responsible organization: IES LA Merced. It is carried out in the evaluation
period of the school calendar following the end of the placement (June).
4. Europass Mobility. It is generated by IES La Merced, validated by the company
where the placement is carried out and validated by Sepie. Management
begins in the week
