Valuation Business Analyst (FR-EN)

To support our activity development, we are recruiting a Valuation Business Analyst.

Context: Rodschinson is a global company specialized in Investment & Real Estate. Contributing to our
2021 marketing roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of our business segments and related
services.

In order to organize the full process of sales until conclusion of deals, they are looking for several senior
experts / advisors / consultants / coaches in Real Estate and Capital Markets with proven track records in
different fields:

Tasks

❖ Sales process for a typical asset

❖ Valuation methods for a typical asset
❖ Online and offline marketing strategy for different types of assets.
❖ Definition of the various potential offers
❖ Market and competition studies related to these offers
❖ Strengths and weaknesses related to these offers
❖ Definition of the appropriate business model vis-à-vis the competition
❖ Worst case and best-case analysis
❖ Proposal of a summary business plan

Your Profile

❖ Proven experience in assets and shares valuation

❖ A university degree in (marketing, law, finance, engineer, commerce) from a major school (ISCAE,
ENCG, Al Akawayn) with honors
❖ A first professional experience (at least 3 years desired) in private equity and corporate finance
❖ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
❖ You treat information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
❖ Ambitious & motivated and above all a team player
❖ Master the fundraising procedures of the different stages during the growth of a startup
❖ Have participated in the successful launch of an online start-up (specific references requested)
❖ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
❖ Ability to work independently
❖ Capacity for argumentation and conviction
❖ You are a fan of "pricing analysis" KNOW-HOW
❖ Synthetic spirit and ability to perfectly present a point of view to a board
❖ Dynamic, proactive, Charismatic
❖ Advanced computer skills (primarily Excel)
