We are pleased to offer you the position of Senior Civil & Structural Engineer in our Organization.

You shall be required to join us on or before September 16, 2023, at 10.00 AM if you choose to accept this offer. The following documents (in
original for verification, and self-attested copies for submission with the company) should be submitted before the date of joining.

Note:
This offer is valid subject to clearance of background verification check. The background verification process gets over by 2 months from the date you
would join with us. Kindly send the duly signed copy of the duplicate offer document to the undersigned as a sign of your acceptance of the offer,
latest by May 27, 2023, failing which the offer shall stand withdrawn without any notice. In the event you accept the said offer, you shall join
your duties on or before September 16, 2023.

It has been categorically brought to your attention during the interview(s) that you are issued with the said offer on the understanding that you will
join your duties on or before September 16, 2023 Your appointment is made at a critical stage in the project. Your refusal to join on the scheduled
date render loss and damage to the company which shall be duly compensated by you. You shall, in the event of failing to join the services of the
company as stated hereinabove, you agree that the company can claim direct and/or liquidated and/or unliquidated damages.
