Solventbased, air- and forced drying 2-pack-PUR-single-layer paint with very good
corrosion protection for a broad spectrum of applications.
Primer with very good adhesion on critical surfaces like zinc or aluminium.
Excellent colour and gloss stability.

3. Application information
Possible application methods Pneumatic-spraying, Airless-spraying
Preparation of material Stir well before use.
If a 2-pack-equipment should not be available, the
mother lacquer and hardener must be mixed
intensively with a stirring device according to the
indicated mixing ratio.
Addition of thinner if neccessary.
Surface GFK - (glass fibre reinforced plastic) parts
Hot-galvanized steel parts
Light metal
Parts to be coated must be dry and clean (free of
dirt, dust, oil and grease).
Recommended film thickness 40 - 80 µm
The film thickness that can be applied on vertical areas in one
operation is depending on the coating process, the temperature, the
roughness of the surface, the object form and others.

Application temperature +5 - +35 ºC

Relative atmospheric humidity < 70 %

The object temperature must be at least 3 ºc
above the dew point.
Paint system This paint material is recoatable with itself.
Application of further layers is possible with:
2-pack-polyurethane-lacquers.

Special recommendations Painting and rolling is possible, however, may have

impact on the surface quality.
First apply prespraying layer Minimum 10 minutes
flash off time then one or two full application layers
(with intermediate drying).
For some yellow, orange and red colour shades the
recommended film thickness may not be sufficient
for a complete coverage of a differently coloured
surface. We recommend an increase to least 60 µ.
For 2-pack-products all application data is based
on the applicable mixture.
