ILOCANOS NORTE, SAN FERNANDO CITY, LA UNION. WHEREAS,Lorna J. Paragas resignedas Barangay
Treasurer effective January 31, 2021; WHEREAS; such resignation created a vacancy in the position of
Barangay Treasurer; WHEREAS

, in the exigency of public service, Alyssa G. Munar was appointed as Barangay Treasurer effective
February 1, 2021; WHEREAS,it is the function of the Sangguniang Barangay to concur the appointment
of Alyssa G. Munar as Barangay Treasurer; NOW THEREFORE,on motion of Kagawad Florante M. Manuel
and duly seconded by Kagawad Arabelle A. Colet;
