1- INTRODUCTION:

This document represents the comparison of locations and coordinates of equipment.

It is observed during review of documents that equipment and pipe sleeper’s
coordinates are contradicting in Unit Plot Plan Produced Water Treatment (Reference
Drawing No. GB1082-MSK-240-CV-GA-002 (Revision: D), SITE MEASURMENT
SURVEY (Reference Drawing No. GB1516-SAC-240-CV-RP-0001) and Detailed
Drawings of Equipment’s (Reference are mentioned as follows:
1.) CHEMICAL INJECTION PACKAGE CPF BADRA FOUNDATION PLAN DRAWING

In this document detail drawings are referred as drawings mentioned above from 1 to
6 and Plot plan is referred as Unit Plot Plan Produced Water Treatment and As built is
referred as Site measurement Survey.

2- OBSERVATIONS:

The comparison is done to check the affirmation of layout of equipment to the Plot Plan, as it
is necessary to first freeze or fix the plot plan as in order to continue further working. Locations
of equipment must be as per layout otherwise there will be future challenges in piping
construction. Errors observed in comparison are mention as follows in accordance with
equipment.

1.) CHEMICAL INJECTION PACKAGE CPF BADRA FOUNDATION PLAN DRAWING (U-
24001 TO U-24005):
• There is an error of 5 mm in shorter dimension of foundation in plot plan.
• The coordinates vary by 11 mm in east direction and 4 mm in north direction.
• The difference in coordinates of points shown in measurement survey and
plot plan have difference of 509.5 mm max in east and 153.3 max in north
also there is difference in TOC (Top of Concrete) mentioned in detail drawings
and TOC mentioned in measurement survey of 302 mm.

2.) RECOVERD OIL FOUNDATION (V-24001) ARRANGEMENT PLAN (PWT)

• Dimension have 3 mm error as it plotted on plan and in detail drawing.
• East coordinate varies by 101 mm at point P32 and North coordinate Varies
by 733.1 mm at point P30. The error between TOC of measurement survey
and of detail drawing is of 302 mm

3.) PRODUCED WATER TREATMENT PLATFORM FOUNDATION LAYOUT PLAN (PWT)

(U-24101):
• There is an error of 1 mm in dimension shown in plot plan and in detail
drawing.
• Coordinates of points shown in measurement survey and plot plan have too
much difference of 304.2 mm max in east and 1196.1 max in north also there
is difference in TOC (Top of Concrete) mentioned in detail drawings and TOC
mentioned in measurement survey of 362 mm.
4.) HCU FEED PUMP FOUNDATION PLAN P-24410 A-B:
• There is an error of 2 mm in dimension shown in plot plan and in detail
drawing.
• HCU feed pump foundation varies by 63.7 max value in east coordinate and
59.4 max value in north coordinate, difference of elevation in as built and
detail drawing is of 162 mm.

5.) PIPE RACK PWT AREA:

• Pipe rack longer dimension differ from detail drawing by 3 mm.
• Pipe rack foundation have 25mm difference of elevation in TOC while
difference of northing is 491.9 maximum and in easting 166.3 mm maximum.

6.) MARKING SCHEME & PIPW SLEEPER DETAIL DRAWING FOR PWT AREA:
• Dimensions of pipe sleeper represent correctly in plot plan but coordinate of
pipe sleeper local coordinate varies which is represented in Annexure-I.
• Pipe sleepers foundation have their coordinate varies from 75.6 mm to 1621.0
mm in east and 7.6 mm to 1686.5 in north.
Detailed comparison of Detail Drawings and Plot plan is shown in Annexure-I. Detailed
comparison of coordinates and elevations of points marked in Measurement survey drawing
and Plot plan is attached as Annexure-II.
