GUIDELINES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE FINAL EXAM


FOR LEGAL WRITING

Please read carefully.

1. The Final Exam for the subject Legal Writing will be given ONLINE via Google Meet.
The students shall be given two (2) hours to answer the exam.

Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 9 Wednesday, February 10, 2021
a.m. to 11 a.m. from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

2. Students must already be admitted to the Google Meeting at least fifteen (15) minutes
before the start of the exam. Once the exam starts, late students will no longer be
admitted.

3. After two hours, the students will be given an additional fifteen (15) minutes to submit
or upload their answer sheet.

4. Answers shall be HANDWRITTEN.

5. The students SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE their textbooks, notes, and other
sources during the exam. Students found cheating will automatically be given a grade
of 5.0 in the subject.

6. The Google Meet link for the exam shall be given at least an hour prior to the scheduled
time.

7. Each class/section must make a Google Drive wherein the scanned copy or photo of their
answer sheet are to be sent or uploaded.

8. Students must mute or turn OFF their microphones upon entering the meeting room.

9. The questionnaire will be posted on Canvas five minutes before the start of the exam.

10. Students are advised to use a non-spring composition notebook as their Answer Sheet.

11. A scanned copy or photo of the Answer Sheet must be sent or uploaded to the respective
Google Drive of each class or section within the period above-mentioned.
12. The answer sheets of each student must be contained in a folder bearing the name of said
student.

13. The class beadle will share the link of said Google Drive of their respective class/section
to the professor before 11:30 a.m./8:30 p.m.

14. The students must remain online in Google Meet for the entire duration of the exam,
unless there’d be any internet interruption.

15. The students’ video cameras must be turned on for the entire duration of the exam.

16. The video camera must be positioned in such a way that it will capture the following:

a. The student’s table, desk, or any writing platform, without anything on top thereof
except for his/her pen and paper; and

b. Laptop or any mobile device other than the device used as video camera, which
should be placed on a different desk, table or platform facing the student’s writing
desk, table, or writing platform.
