INTRODUCTION

THE BUSINESS
We all know that ham is popular in the Philippines during holiday season because it

represents a middle dish that is red and have an appetizing smell. Ham/Hamon is a leg part of

pork that preserved by wet or dry curing during the Media Noche or Noche Buena. Hamonada or

Christmas Ham is one of the feature viands for the celebration. This tradition of eating ham came

from the Spaniards who bought Christianity in the Philippines.

Hap Ham business name comes from the word “Happy Hammy” it’s symbolizes

happiness while eating, and Hammy which means Ham because we use Ham as the main

ingredient and also is compatible with the word “Yummy” which refers to the ham being

delicious. It is a street food business which will be place at the school canteen of San Francisco

Xavier High School, where in we offer different types of dish made by Ham. This Will further

explain on the product description.

The purpose of our product is to introduce to the majority or Ham lover that ham can be

made into many dishes and more over to aim profit.

Our product is made is made of Ham that is coerce into different kinds of dishes, these

are Ham Roll, Ham Pia, Ham Gyup, Ham Warma and Ham Fries. We have other offerings if

they go to the Dessert we have ice cream that has a Fried ham toppings and its flavor is Pea

Butterfly.
