SHAUN (Mags-strum ng guitar): Nandito na ako…

STUDENT1: Uy, naririnig mo ba Yun?


STUDENT2 (Ituturo si Shaun): Si Shaun ba ‘yun?
(Lalapitan ng dalawa si Shaun)

(Makikita ni Shaun na may papalapit sa kaniyang mga estudyante kaya


dali-dali niyang itatago ang gitara)

STUDENT1: Uy! Bakit mo naman tinabi.


STUDENT2: Makikinig kami.
SHAUN: Huwag na, uuwi na rin ako.
STUDENT1: Oh, sige. Umuwi na lang din tayo.

(Mananatili lamang si Shaun sa pagkakaupo at ilalabas muli ang gitara


nang makalayo na ang dalawang estudyante)

SHAUN: (mags-strum ng guitar) Kung dito na matatapos… (namali sa


chord) ayoko na (mapapabuntong hininga)

CALIX: (Magmumukhang nagmamadali) Pagkatapos ng klase susulat pa ako


ng reaction paper, magr-revise ng essay, gagawa ng concept paper
at... (Kukunin ang cellphone) anong oras na ba?
: Late na ako (Magmamadaling pumuntang classroom)

Pagpunta niyang classroom ay napatingin ang lahat sa kaniya.

CALIX: Good morning, ma'am.


TEACHER: You're late, Calixta. Umupo ka na.

CALIX: (Mapapatingin kay Ethan)


I used to think one day we'd tell the story of us
How we met and the sparks flew instantly
And people would say, "They're the lucky ones"

(Maglalakad papuntang upuan niya)


I used to know my place was a spot next to you
Now I'm searching the room for an empty seat
'Cause lately I don't even know what page you're on

(Pupunta si Ethan sa vacant seat sa tabi ni Calix)


ETHAN: Sorry, di ako nakareply kagabi.
CALIX: It's okay, naiintindahan ko.
(Parehas na titingin sa teacher)

CALIX: Oh, a simple complication


Miscommunications lead to fall out
So many things that I wish you knew
So many walls up I can't break through

Now I'm standing alone in a crowded room


And we're not speaking and I'm dying to know
Is it killing you like it's killing me? Yeah
I don't know what to say since the twist of fate
When it all broke down
And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now

This is looking like a contest


Of who can act like they care less
But I liked it better when you were on my side
The battle's in your hands now
But I would lay my armor down
If you'd say you'd rather love than fight
So many things that you wish I knew
But the story of us might be ending soon

TEACHER: What are the approaches we can use to do literary criticism?


CALIX: (Magbibilang sa daliri)
MACY: (Mauunang magtaas ng kamay)
TEACHER: Yes, Macy.
MACY: Formalistic, Feminist, and Historical
TEACHER: You may take your seat. Why do we have to use those?
MACY: (Mauuna ulit magtaas ng kamay) So that the reader's and author's
interpretation intersect at some point.
CALIX: (Mapapatingin lang kay Macy at mapapabuntong hininga)

 Kristy

 Martin

TEACHER: Class, dismiss.


(Magsisialisan yung teacher at ibang students)
MARTIN (Titingin kay Chloe): Sa'n mo gusto mo pumunta?
CHLOE: Ikaw bahala, kung saan mo gusto dun ako.

(Lalapit si Kristy)
KRISTY: Huwag mong sabihin Chloe na uunahin mo pa yang boyfriend mo
kesa sa pinapagawa sa tin?
CHLOE: Ano bang pakialam mo? Akala mo naman gagawin n'ya agad yun.
Saka ka lang naman gagawa kapag kaorasan na.
KRISTY: At least wala akong jowa.
CHLOE: Tara na nga, Tin *kumapit sa braso ni Martin* (aalis na ang
dalawa at maiiwan si Kristy sa classroom)

KRISTY: (Titingin kung saan um-exit si Chloe) Kung alam mo lang Chloe
na kapatid mo 'ko, papakinggan mo kaya ako? (Mapapabuntong hininga
habang nililigpit ang gamit)
