Notes:
1. 1 Second Pulse for dial In/Out, bundle min pulse is 10 sec.
2. ISD Dial-Out participants may incur charges as per their regulations/tariff.
3. Special community charge for GP Dial-In Participants: 0.45 BDT per min (excluding VAT, SD & SC).
4. The prices are quoted excluding applicable government charges (VAT, SD, SC etc.).
5. Unused bundle minutes will be carried forward.
6 . If the given bundle minutes of Trial/Economy/Silver/Gold packs are consumed before the validity date then above mentioned Effective Rate will be applicable for
Dial In/Out charge until the service auto renewed.
7. Bundle packs (Trail/Economy/Silver /Gold) will be auto-renewed every month by default and charged the monthly fee upfront (at the time of activation/auto renewal)
if the number has sufficient limit/balance at the time of auto renewal. Otherwise auto renewal will fail and charging will be as regular Pay As You Go charges.
8. If the ACS number does not have sufficient balance at the time of auto renewal then pack auto renewal will fail & service will run as Pay As You Go. For Pay As You Go the Dial Out charge
will be BDT 1.50 & Dial In charge will we be BDT 1.00.
9. Bundle pack will be charged on monthly basis for the full month. Any cancellation will be effective from next month onwards.
Additional terms & conditions relating to this service:
1. Activation Lead time is 72 working hours after receiving the payment from Client.
2. All rates, discounts or special benefits pertaining to the service, announced by GP from time to time, shall have a time limit as decided by GP, and GP shall further have the sole right to
/withdraw / vary / extend any / all such rates, discounts and / or benefits, etc., at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
3. In case of Reservation less Conference, Chairperson/Managing Director is advised to change the Conference Passcodes once in 90 days to ensure the confidentiality of the Passcodes along
with protecting the misuse of Toll Free Access Numbers by anyone.
4. Chairperson/Managing Director should keep the Conference Passcodes strictly confidential to avoid unauthorized use or misuse.
5. Unless until a separate term is agreed, the initial term of the contract for providing the services would be for 2 (two) (“Initial Term”) year, however, if the Customer does not issue any termination
notice for the services before the 30 days of scheduled expiry of the initial term, the contract would stand to be renewed at the same Terms and Conditions and the Prices for a subsequent period
of 12 months.

General Terms & Conditions:


1. GP shall have the right to temporarily suspend the services in whole or in parts of its network repair, maintenance, or circumstances beyond GP’s control.
2. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, GP reserves the right to change, vary, add, substitute or withdraw the Audio Conferencing Service (ACS) service or any other services. GP will also
have the right to change change/vary/increase/reduce the tariff charges, prices, validity period, product/service feature and any other offers etc at any time in its sole discretion for any reason
subject to official notification of such offers prior to giving effect to such changes.
3. GP shall have the right to disconnect, suspend or bar the services for any violation of any law of the land or giving false information on the subscription form and/or for changes in the given
information, which is not informed to GP.
4. GP shall have the right to scrutinize or procure any relevant document(s) processed by the potential subscribers or existing subscribers which may be required by GP.
5. GP shall have the right to provide with any information including Audio Conferencing Service/MSISDN details of the subscriber to the Law Enforcing Agencies as and when required by the law of
the land.
6. The decision of GP shall be final in respect of this subscription agreement, if any interpretation of the terms and conditions are required.
7. Business Clients shall ensure there will be no activity using this service that will go against national security and/or national interest, social and religious belief of Bangladesh.
8. Business Clients shall ensure that the agendas of Audio Conferencing do not go against state and government, in any possible manner.
9. Business Clients must not use this service, which discriminate any religion, sex or race or have negative effect on social life.
10. Business Client shall indemnify GP for any claim arising out of or in relation to any ACS conference contrary to the above given conditions.
11. Audio Conferencing Service (ACS) subscribers will be allowed to dial out/in to any mobile operators, PSTN & ISD numbers in the world. However, GP preserves the right to impose any sort of
restrictions in this service.
12. Audio Conferencing Service clients will be solely responsible for misusing the port, hacking by third party or internally.
13. GP does not guarantee that, all the meetings calls will be generate on time (as scheduled) due to service downtime/connectivity/other issues that might affect the performance of this service
and GP shall not be responsible for any delay/disruption during the meeting(s).
14. Bangladesh Telecommunication Act 2001, and the Rules, Regulations and Guidelines framed there under shall be applicable and binding upon the subscribers/users.
15. GP cannot ensure that, the Audio Conferencing Service will be successfully worked at all times.
16. GP does not accept any responsibility for notifications that are sent or received late, regardless of any cause whatsoever.
17. Any bone-fide errors made by GP may be corrected without customers’ prior permission.
18. GP is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraud perpetrated by anyone other than GP.
19. On behalf of each Business Client (Corporate/SME), only the company selected users will have administrator privilege to manage this service. The roles and responsibility of the administrator
and other users described in the subscription form will be considered final.
20. Subscriber (Business Clients) cannot re-sell this service to any other party without prior notification to GP. They will use the service for official communication, meeting and conference only.
21. Subscribers cannot use this service for any sort of advertisement and promotional activity.
22. Notwithstanding anything contained in this contract, any information brochure, notification, or any other matter which will be published by GP regarding its services, service price, billing policy
and credit policy shall be included as the terms and conditions of this contract and both GP and its subscriber shall be under obligation of the same.
23. The Subscriber must pay the bill within the Date as specified in the bill. All charges must be paid in full without any deduction, set-off or withholding. Bills pending beyond the specified period
will be treated as outstanding. In case the subscriber defaults in making a payment before the due date, any booking for Service accepted before the due date, for a conference to be held after
the due date, shall stand automatically cancelled, and no fresh booking shall be entertained.
24. Customer will be eligible for credit limit bar, if their total credit limit is exhausted till any payments has been made or additional limit is provided. Customer will be eligible for due date barring,
if their billed amount is remain unpaid (up to 95%) on his payment due date. (This barring will take place irrespective of the credit limit)
25. Permanent Disconnection/Suspend for Churn Provisioning: If any customer is barred/suspended for 90 days in a row, his number will be eligible for Permanent Disconnection/Suspend for
Churn Provisioning. If the customer wants to reconnect the number, he have to clear the due first.
26. GP may terminate the Service(s) by giving not less than fifteen (15) days' prior written notice to the Customer in the event: if not paid the dues within the agreed payment date/ or any regulato
-
ry violation in using this service.
27. If CUSTOMER terminates this Agreement prior to the date of completion the agreement date, all charges and Bill(s) under this Agreement shall become immediately due and payable to GP.
28. Responsibilities of GP are explicitly stated in this agreement as above and Grameenphone takes no other responsibilities besides these.
29. Any of GP obligations under this general terms and conditions shall be interrupted or delayed by force majeure or Act of Almighty, including but not limited to acts of war, riot, civil commotion,
act of state, strikes, fire, earthquake, flood or by occurrence of any other event beyond the reasonable control of GP, then GP shall be excused from such performance only for such period of time
as is reasonably necessary after such occurrence has abated for the effects thereof to have dissipated.
30. GP shall have the right to disconnect or suspend this service without any prior notice, if the business customer is found in breach of any above terms and conditions.
