COURSE DESCRIPTION:

A comprehensive study of the three (3) great departments of the Government – their
powers and inter-relationship, the Constitutional Commissions, and the principles
of governmental accountability.

COURSE GOALS: Expected College of Law Graduate Attributes (ELGAs)

Know and understand the Constitution, memorize provisions critical and analytical
thinking, effective in written and oral communication, logical reasoning, and sound
judgment, exercise of proper professional and ethical responsibilities

Upon completion of the Constitutional Law I course, the student is expected to be able to:
