The development map of Pebbleton, 20 years ago and today, shows that there have
been few changes in the present map as compared to the old one. The lighthouse in the
West corner is still present on today’s map. However, the old fort has been replaced
with a children’s playground, and there are now more houses in Pebbleton than there
were two decades ago. In the center of the west-to-east direction, there is a road known
as the old fort road, which runs parallel to the lighthouse line.
The film studio has been converted into flats, but the sea, river, playing field, and
schools are still in the same place as they were 20 years ago. There are also many trees
along the coast road, and the bridge is still in the same place as it was before.
Overall, the development of Pebbleton has been relatively stable over the past 20 years,
with only a few changes to the landscape.
