As an office administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office
and online systems, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
• Manage Justsports online sales, order distribution, stock and customer databases and stock
balances
• Manage Takealot, Amazon and Makro online marketplace portals, including distribution of
orders, stock on hand, loading invoices, stock reconciliation
• Provide sales assistance to walk-in customers, help with queries and purchases, and educate
clients on products to meet their needs
• Respond to customer Whatsapp messages and emails
• Answer phone calls, call customers when needed
• Manage email marketing as per the marketing strategy
• Assist with social media posts and marketing
• Respond to customer requests for quotes and invoices
• Manage whatsapp for business
• Oraganise and manage office supplies
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and couriers
• Maintain databases and records

The role is office based, in Montague Gardens. Own Transport is preferable. The candidate will be
