In the same manner the Unsafe Acts, unsafe work-practices , unsafe work-procedures
are also to be analysed by SO in order to formulate corrective measures and to get it
vetted through PSC meetings with appropriate recommendation for implementation in
the Mine. Recording all these online in the CSIS portal. Devise and implement Safety
Campaign based on the recommendations of Safety committee on these matters.

etc.). Apprising these to Mine Manager in writing and also recording these online in CSIS
portal for referring during the subsequent inspections for developing a system of
Continual improvement in Safety Standards & Safety culture in the Mine. The salient
points of his observations in respect of Safety Climate & safety Culture shall be compiled
and put up to the Safety committee meetings in each month for obtaining appropriate
recommendations of the committee. SO shall arrange to issue related Implementing
instructions from Mine Managers to the concerned persons, officials & officers of the
Mine for effective implementation.
44-1k Undertaking following Safety Tasks, Promoting Safe Practices, Measures intend to
furthering the cause of Safety, Visible follow-up Measures for compliance to the
recommendations of the Safety Committee, Workmen’s Inspectors, ISO, CIL S&R division
etc.

writing to Mine Manager and update it online in CSIS Portal.
