PRODUCT
Some of the products present at the company are;
 Motor oil, which is used at the garage
 Paints, which is use for the painting of materials like the panel of
signalisation
 Silex kote for daily floor cleaner and restorer provided gloss
 Acids for cleaning concrete, cleaning masonry, corrosion, degradation of
construction materials.
 Brakes oils used to amplify your foot’s force on the brakes pedal and turn
it into pressure on the car’s brakes.
 Insecticides which are used to control insects
Functionality of the equipments

 There is an office where extinguishers are stocked, which is used to tackle

fires involving solids, flammable liquids and gases.
 Safety harnesses; which is used to hold a fallen worker upright during a
fall, keeping a spine in a vertical position to minimize injuries.
 Road signs which will help on the work field

FUNCTIONALITY OF THE ENTIRED SETUP OR

DEPARTMENT
In the company, there are offices which are made up of several departments
 An engineer in HSE and a social engineer
 The department has an office with computers for input and writing
document
 There are environmentalist and security assistants
 There are fields marshals
 We have a doctor for emergency respond or in case of injuries
 There is also a work conductor
 Also the presence of a translator since it is a Chinese company so they
need someone to translate what they say to their employees.
 FUNCTIONALITY OF THE ENTIRED INTERNSHIP
PROGRAM

My internship supervisor was very pedagogue since he took the time to explain
to me all the missions that I had to carry out beforehand. He stayed with me to
guide me during the internship with everything concerning quality, hygiene,
safety and the environment in the company.

My supervisor helps me with the safety induction after a work program; identify
the risk present at the work place and the protective measures against those risks
followed by

 how to write security measures

 how to do the risk evaluation
 How to manage these risk and so that it should be the average risk

He assigned me for the inspection of machines, job safety analysis,

We did the quarter’s hour’s security, the sensitization, and the weekly meetings
with the director of the company and the staff of the company.

Obligation have been put in places of activities on panels in other to be

respected example the wearing of PPE in sectors of activities which have been
respected by the employees of each sectors of activities of the company.
